The Muse Meditation app is designed to complement all Muse: The Brain Sensing Headband devices. Once connected to your Muse device, you gain access to Muse’s Meditation and Sleep Experiences, providing real-time audio feedback on your brain and body.

Meditation Made Easy

Muse’s Daytime Meditation Experiences translate brain and body signals into the soothing sounds of weather patterns to assist you in cultivating mindfulness, deep breathing, focus, and awareness of your body. Stay engaged with meditation challenges, set weekly goals and reminders, and monitor your progress through easily comprehensible post-session reports.

Immediate & Intelligent Sleep Support

Muse’s Sleep Experiences incorporate Overnight Sleep Tracking and Digital Sleeping Pills (DSPs), featuring smart-fade technology that gently adjusts the audio experience to facilitate falling asleep or returning to sleep if awakened during the night. Additionally, users have access to Sleep Journeys, Guidances, and Soundscapes that do not include the smart-fade technology.

Muse Premium Subscription

Subscribers unlock Muse Biofeedback+ and over 500 Guided Meditations led by renowned meditation instructors covering themes such as sleep improvement, performance enhancement, stress management, and more.

 <li>Access 500+ guided meditations on stress relief, improved sleep, focus enhancement, and more (headband not required)</li>

*Content is available in the English language only. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are accessible for purchase by all users. An annual subscription set to auto-renew is included with any Muse Premium Subscription Bundle purchase.

Payment is processed via credit card through the iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. You can disable auto-renewal at any point in your iTunes account settings; however, refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
